Yesterday we went to a huge flag display in honor of 9.11. It was so beautiful and there was a perfect breeze. It was interesting teaching our kids about what happened on that day 10 years ago. They're still a little young to really understand the significance of it all. But I know we both know where we were on that day when we found out and we will forever remember.

Crazy that it has been 10 yrs, I sort of freaked out a little to think it had gone by that fast. I am reading "the great and terrible" series and its really REALLY making me think :)
